The Senior VIC Client Advisor drives store sales and performance by developing, growing, and retaining high spending VIC clientele while delivering highly personalized luxury service and supporting store objectives and team development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and retain top tier VIC clientele and increase elite client numbers and spending.
- Provide exceptional client service and after sales support to every boutique visitor.
- Recruit new VIC clientele through local activations and events.
- Build and manage a dynamic client book and individual consignment and stylist business.
- Consistently exceed individual sales and KPI targets with entrepreneurial approach.
- Train and mentor team members and support both front and back of house teams.
- Use available tools and resources to optimize business opportunities and drive results.
- Maintain clear professional communication with clients and colleagues and uphold company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Established client book targeting the local market.
- Proven experience servicing high net worth and demanding clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- High personal presentation standards and ability to handle confidential information.
- Collaborative team player with leadership abilities and strong work ethic.
- Adaptable and comfortable with technology and learning new tools.
- English and local language proficiency; additional languages are an asset.
