Summary
Join the Global End User Computing team to architect, engineer, deploy, and support enterprise endpoint technologies in a global environment. This role focuses on Windows engineering and modern endpoint management, including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID.
Responsibilities
- Architect and support endpoint management solutions and lead migration to cloud-native endpoint management.
- Design configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, application deployments, and remediation solutions.
- Manage Windows deployment, updates, patching, vulnerability remediation, and device lifecycle processes.
- Manage hardware, drivers, firmware, mobile devices, Microsoft Teams, and Teams Rooms technologies.
- Use endpoint experience platforms to monitor device health, build dashboards, and drive proactive remediation.
- Develop automation, documentation, engineering standards, and process improvements using PowerShell and related tools.
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years in enterprise Windows engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune engineering and 5+ years of SCCM/MECM engineering and administration experience.
- Extensive experience with Windows Autopilot and large enterprise environments exceeding 10,000 endpoints.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with endpoint security, application packaging, operating system deployment, device management, and PowerShell automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms; familiarity with Nexthink or ControlUp is preferred.
