Server Assistant

As a Server Assistant at Holt Renfrew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our clients by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service. You will support the servers in delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment.

• Set tables with cutlery, crockery, linens, and glassware according to Holt Renfrew standards.
• Ensure all items are impeccably clean and ready for use.
• Refill condiment holders and supplies as needed.
• Assist servers in delivering orders and refilling water, bread, etc.
• Remove dishes after courses and bring used items to the cleaning station.
• Change linens as required and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.

• High School Diploma.
• 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar capacity.
