Server

As a Server at Holt Renfrew, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers. You will be responsible for taking and delivering food orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall dining experience with your service skills.

• Confirm daily specials and provide detailed information on ingredients as required.
• Record client’s choices and relay them to the kitchen accurately.
• Recall orders accurately and deliver correct food items to clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction with meals in a gracious and unobtrusive manner.
• Inform clients about new items on the menu.
• Recommend wine and beverage pairings with the assistance of the bartender.
• Suggest side dishes to complement main courses.
• Upsell beverages, coffees, and desserts as appropriate.
• Handle all customer service concerns graciously, referring difficult issues to the Manager or Executive Chef.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.

• High School Diploma.
• 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar capacity.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
