Summary

Provide customers and store associates with helpful, efficient service from an in-store service hub. Support a seamless shopping experience by assisting with pickup orders, returns, tourism information, and service appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with friendly, genuine service.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders and straightforward returns.
• Provide tourism information and facilitate appointments for in-store services.
• Use store technology and support merchandising and operational needs.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable using computers, handheld devices, and cash registers.
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
