Service Associate

Summary

Provides friendly, efficient service to customers and associates throughout the store. Manages an in-store service hub, assisting with online order pickup, returns, tourism information, and appointments for in-store services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, creating an easy and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, straightforward returns, tourism information, and service appointments.
• Use store technology and participate in merchandising and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort using computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
