Service Associate - Huntington

Summary

Customer-facing role supporting guests on the sales floor at the Huntington Station store. Responsible for delivering excellent service, handling inquiries and transactions, and helping maintain a welcoming shopping environment. This is a part-time position requiring flexibility to work peak retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, provide product information, and help locate merchandise.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately at the point of sale.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and in person and resolve service issues.
• Support store presentation, restocking, and basic merchandising tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays typical of retail schedules.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting and stock movements.
