Summary

The Service Associate provides exceptional in-store customer service, supports daily store operations, and helps maintain a welcoming retail environment. This role assists customers with inquiries and purchases while supporting the sales team and merchandising efforts at the Mosaic location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Support sales transactions and handle customer inquiries
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise
• Keep fitting rooms and sales floor organized and tidy
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Basic math skills and ability to operate point of sale systems
• Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
