The Service Associate provides friendly, efficient assistance to customers and associates throughout the store. The role supports an easy shopping experience by managing an in-store service hub, assisting with pickup orders and returns, sharing tourism information, and booking appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with genuine, friendly service.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, easy returns, tourism information, and service appointment bookings.
• Use technology effectively and participate in merchandising and store operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
