Job Description

Summary

The Service Lead oversees daily service operations at the store, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth workflow. This role leads the service team, coordinates with management, and maintains high standards of presentation and customer care. The Service Lead supports training and performance to drive sales and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee daily service operations and ensure standards are met
  • Coordinate with store management on staffing and scheduling
  • Resolve guest concerns and ensure timely follow up
  • Maintain visual presentation and product readiness in service areas
  • Support training and onboarding of new service staff
  • Monitor service metrics and contribute to sales goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail service role
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends
