Job Description

Summary

The Service Lead oversees daily service operations at the NorthPark Center Dallas location, ensuring high standards of guest experience and team performance. This role coordinates staff activities, manages service delivery, and supports store leadership in operational tasks. The Service Lead acts as a point of contact for escalations and assists with training and development of team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise service team on a daily basis to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Manage service workflows and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Handle escalated guest concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate schedules and staffing to meet business needs
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new service staff
  • Monitor service standards and provide coaching to improve performance
  • Communicate with store leadership on operational matters and guest feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of related retail or service experience
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to train and mentor team members
  • Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
