- Utilize ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheets/Excel for inventory management.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly inventory.
- Follow up on missing parts for repairs and provide status reports to Client Service teams.
- Create an organized system for spare parts to ensure inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare shipments of defective spare parts to Switzerland.
- Receive and check spare part orders from headquarters.
- Interact with Client Service team to resolve customer issues related to spare parts.
- Participate in other department-related projects as assigned.
Requirements- Hands-on individual with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
