Service Salon Manager - Design District

Summary

The Service Salon Manager leads Cartier's service team and supports exceptional client experiences. This role develops staff, drives service goals, manages boutique operations, and helps strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop the Service Salon team, including managing performance and conducting regular meetings.
• Drive service results, analyze performance, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans.
• Support client outreach and loyalty initiatives, assist clients with product sales and service, and resolve escalated concerns.
• Oversee service-related inventory, operational processes, data quality, reporting, and boutique standards.
• Coordinate with boutique management, client experience leadership, workshops, and the call center.

Requirements

• Three to five years of supervisory experience, preferably in after-sales service or customer service.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and develop a team.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
