Job Description

Summary

As a Setter Trainee at Tiffany & Co. in Lexington, KY, you will embark on a ten-week training program to develop essential skills in delicate jeweler detailing and stone setting. This role offers the opportunity to work in a renowned manufacturing facility, crafting unique jewelry products while adhering to Tiffany & Co.'s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in a comprehensive jeweler training program, learning to create and repair precious jewelry using precious metals and gemstones.
  • Familiarize yourself with various jeweler tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Consistently follow safe work procedures and promote safety improvements.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, maintaining a positive and respectful workplace.
  • Carry out all assigned tasks and team requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Command of written and spoken communication.
  • Appropriate hand dexterity as indicated by bench assessment.
  • Ability to follow directions and sit for long hours.
