Summary

Perform sewing and pressing tasks to deliver high quality alterations and customer service within the Alterations Shop. Complete workload on time while following store guidelines and using store technology to manage customer alteration needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform and complete sewer and pressing tasks according to company guidelines
• Execute workload and follow through on customer needs to complete items on time
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Follow proper processes and procedures for alterations
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize customer alteration orders
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to deliver customer expectations
• Operate and maintain sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment

Requirements

• Previous sewing and pressing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery
• Flexible availability to accommodate business needs
• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
