Summary

Provide high quality sewing and pressing alterations to meet customer expectations and department standards. Complete alteration and pressing tasks in a timely manner while using store technology to manage customer orders and collaborating with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Perform and complete sewer and pressing tasks according to company guidelines and service standards
• Execute workload and follow through on customer needs to complete items on time
• Meet department and individual productivity goals while following proper processes
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize customer alteration needs
• Deliver customer expectations through teamwork and collaboration within the alterations and store team
• Safely operate sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment
• Prioritize multiple tasks and customer requests in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Previous sewing and pressing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs
