Job Description

Summary

Provide high quality sewing and pressing services to customers following company guidelines and service standards. Complete alteration and pressing tasks accurately and on time while using store technology to manage customer alteration needs. Collaborate with the alterations and store team to meet productivity goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sewing and pressing tasks according to established guidelines and standards
  • Execute workload and follow through on customer alteration requests
  • Complete items on time and meet individual and department productivity goals
  • Use store technology to manage and organize customer alteration orders
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and requests in a fast paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver customer expectations
  • Safely operate sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment

Requirements

  • Previous sewing and pressing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
  • Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
  • Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to learn and safely operate alterations equipment
  • Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs
