Provide high quality sewing and pressing services to customers at the flagship alterations and tailor shop, completing alteration work on time while meeting department productivity and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform and complete sewing and pressing tasks according to company guidelines and service standards
- Execute workload and follow through on customer alteration needs
- Complete items on time and meet productivity goals
- Utilize store technology to manage and organize customer orders
- Deliver customer expectations through teamwork within the alterations and store team
- Prioritize multiple tasks and customer requests in a fast paced environment
- Safely operate sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment
Requirements
- Previous sewing and pressing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
- Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize workload
- Willingness to learn and follow proper processes and procedures
- Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs
- Ability to meet department and individual productivity expectations
