Summary

Provide high quality sewing and pressing services to meet customer alteration needs while following store guidelines and service standards. Execute workload efficiently, use store technology to manage orders, and collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to meet productivity goals and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform sewing and pressing tasks according to established guidelines and service standards
• Complete alteration orders accurately and on time
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize customer alteration needs
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and customers regarding orders
• Prioritize multiple tasks and customer requests in a fast paced environment
• Safely operate sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment

Requirements

• Previous sewing and pressing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
• Clear professional communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Willingness to learn and follow proper processes and procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
