Responsibilities

• Perform sewing and pressing tasks according to company guidelines
• Complete customer alteration items on time and meet productivity goals
• Manage and organize customer alteration needs using store technology
• Follow proper processes and procedures for alterations and pressing
• Prioritize multiple tasks and requests in a fast paced environment
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to deliver customer expectations
• Safely operate sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sewing and pressing experience preferred
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and operate sewing and pressing machinery
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs
