Responsibilities

• Perform sewing and pressing tasks following company guidelines and service standards
• Complete customer alteration orders on time and meet productivity goals
• Manage and organize customer alteration needs using store technology
• Follow proper processes and procedures for alterations
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to deliver customer expectations
• Prioritize multiple tasks and customer requests in a fast paced environment
• Safely operate sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment

Requirements

• Previous sewing and pressing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and safely operate machinery
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs
