Summary

Support store operations by handling stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise organization. Perform daily operational tasks to support sales and customer experience while following manager direction and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and handle inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
• Back stock merchandise and maintain stockroom organization
• Perform merchandise placements and set sale events and signage under guidance
• Reticket merchandise, perform price changes, and manage damages
• Handle transfers and related inventory control processes
• Support set-up and take down of in-store events and activations

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Ability to follow direction from leads and managers and work a flexible schedule
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Demonstrated flexibility managing competing tasks
