Summary

The Shoe Care Specialist provides shoe shining, care consultations, and minor repairs while delivering outstanding customer service. This role maintains an organized shine stand and supports productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Complete shoe care tasks according to service standards and keep the shine stand organized.
• Shine shoes, consult customers on shoe care, and perform minor repairs.
• Use store technology to answer phones, check out customers, and record customer information.
• Meet productivity goals, communicate supply needs, and maintain transaction and tip records.
• Assist with shoe stock and cleaning tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Basic math, organization, and written communication skills.
• Previous shoeshine experience preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years.
• Ability to communicate professionally and build relationships with customers, peers, and leadership.
• Ability to work independently, learn, and take ownership of personal growth and responsibilities.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including prolonged movement, bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
