Summary

Deliver professional shoe care services at the shine stand following company guidelines while providing outstanding customer service. Maintain organization of the shine area, meet productivity goals, and assist with related shoe stock and cleaning tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform shoe shine and minor repair services following store standards
• Keep the shine stand organized and stocked to meet customer expectations
• Use store technology to answer phones, check out customers, and record customer information
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Record shoe care transactions and tips accurately and timely
• Communicate supply needs to management
• Flex into other shoe stock and cleaning tasks when required

Requirements

• Previous shoeshine experience preferred 1-2 years
• Basic math, organization, and written communication skills
• Ability to build professional relationships with customers and team members
• Willingness to learn and take ownership for personal growth and accountability
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Flexible availability based on business needs
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, and lifting up to 25 pounds
