As a Shoe Care Specialist at Fashion Show, you will be responsible for providing exceptional shoe care services, including shining, minor repairs, and consultations, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store standards.

• Perform shoe care tasks according to Nordstrom guidelines and service standards.
• Organize and maintain the shine stand to meet customer expectations.
• Shine shoes and provide consultations on shoe care and minor repairs.
• Utilize store technology for customer transactions and record keeping.
• Meet department and individual productivity goals.
• Communicate supply needs to the manager in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of shoe care transactions and tips.
• Assist with other shoe stock and cleaning tasks as needed.

• Basic math, organization, and written communication skills.
• 1-2 years of previous shoeshine experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leadership.
