Shoe Care Specialist - King of Prussia

As a Shoe Care Specialist at Nordstrom King of Prussia, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional shoe care services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the shine stand to meet Nordstrom's high standards.

• Perform and complete shoe care tasks according to Nordstrom guidelines and service standards.
• Ensure the shine stand is organized and ready to deliver on customer expectations.
• Shine shoes and provide consultation on shoe care and minor repairs.
• Utilize store technology to answer phones, checkout customers, and record customer information accurately.
• Meet department and individual productivity goals.
• Communicate supply needs to the manager in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of shoe care transactions and record tips daily.
• Assist with other shoe stock and cleaning tasks as needed.

• 1-2 years of previous shoeshine experience preferred.
• Basic math, organization, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leadership through clear and professional communication.
• Willingness to learn and a high level of ownership for personal growth, accountability, and initiative.
• Ability to work independently with little or no day-to-day direction.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
