Summary

Responsible for coordinating the flow of footwear inventory between backroom and sales floor at a flagship location. Ensures product is prepped, organized, and available for customers while supporting visual standards and team efficiency. Works closely with sales and stock teams to maintain inventory accuracy and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shoe shipments for accuracy and damage
• Prepare and tag merchandise for the sales floor
• Move product between stockroom and sales floor efficiently
• Maintain organized stockroom and storage areas
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Support visual merchandising and display setup
• Coordinate with sales associates to fulfill customer requests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move boxes of merchandise safely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail with inventory and product presentation
• Comfort working in a fast paced retail environment
