Part-time Shoe Expeditor responsible for supporting the sales floor by managing shoe inventory, preparing merchandise for presentation, and ensuring efficient customer service operations in a high-end retail environment on 59th Street.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shoe shipments for accuracy and condition
• Organize and stock shoe inventory in storage and on the sales floor
• Prepare shoes for display and ensure presentation standards are met
• Assist sales associates with locating sizes and styles for customers
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Process returns and exchanges following store procedures
• Keep back-of-house and sales floor areas clean and organized

Requirements

• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move boxes of merchandise safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Available to work flexible part-time hours including weekends
