Shoe Expeditor - 59th Street

Summary

Part-time Shoe Expeditor responsible for facilitating footwear flow and ensuring timely delivery and organization within the mens department at the 59th Street location. Acts as a key support role between sales floor, stockroom, and shipping to maintain product availability and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shoe shipments for accuracy and quality
• Organize and maintain stockroom inventory and backstock areas
• Prepare and expedite shoes to the sales floor as needed
• Assist with restocking and merchandising displays for the mens department
• Coordinate with sales associates and management to fulfill customer requests
• Process returns and exchanges according to store procedures
• Help prepare items for pickup or shipping when required

Requirements

• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to stand, lift, and carry merchandise for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work part-time hours including weekends and evenings
