Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shoe shipments for accuracy and condition
• Organize and store footwear in designated stock areas
• Prepare shoes for sales floor presentation and customer appointments
• Coordinate with sales associates to fulfill customer requests
• Maintain inventory records and assist with stock counts
• Ensure packaging and returns are processed correctly
• Assist with loss prevention and merchandise security

Requirements

• Prior retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to stand and move merchandise for extended periods
