Summary

The Shoe Expeditor Supervisor leads the team responsible for fulfilling customer orders generated from the sales floor. The role supports store productivity and a positive customer experience by ensuring shoes are delivered to sellers and customers within the goal time.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with team members to ensure fulfillment processes are followed.
• Drive fulfillment best practices and store productivity compliance.
• Teach ELS policies and procedures and motivate the team to meet objectives.
• Use technology and assist with other store functions or customer needs as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
