Shoe Operating Assistant - North Michigan

Summary

Assist with shoe operations at the North Michigan location, supporting inventory flow, visual presentation, and day to day store functions during a temporary full time assignment. The role works closely with store leadership to ensure efficient operations and a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shoe shipments accurately and efficiently
• Organize stockroom and maintain inventory records
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor and ensure correct displays
• Support sales associates with product availability and fitting
• Assist with stock replenishment and pricing tasks
• Coordinate returns and transfers as instructed by management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and stock areas

Requirements

• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise throughout shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Available to work full time hours on a temporary basis
