Showroom And Sample Coordinator

Summary

The Showroom And Sample Coordinator manages showroom operations and sample assets to support wholesale, marketing, and creative initiatives. This role coordinates sample inventory, storage, set up and breakdowns, and liaises with internal teams, global partners, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of samples for market and shoots.

Responsibilities

• Manage coordination between internal stakeholders, external customers and photo shoots.
• Unpack new season samples and assist Brand Image team in locating showroom samples.
• Maintain an organized and efficient sample storage system.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely receipt of samples.
• Facilitate showroom breakdowns after market and coordinate returns.
• Pull and prepare samples for national advertising shoots and studio storage.
• Review, tag and request re-orders for samples needed each season.
• Manage product requests from Sales, Marketing, PR and Advertising teams.

Requirements

• Ability to multi task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to maneuver around showroom and lift up to 30 lbs.
