- Maintain visual merchandising to company standards and manage transactional procedures.
- Participate in training and meetings, ensuring completion of all training requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company dress code standards.
Requirements- Considerable retail management experience, ideally within a luxury environment.
- Evidence of performance delivery against sales and process.
- Jeweler or watch product knowledge and relevant qualifications.
- Proven track record of sales achievements and management success.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and manage budgets.
- Highly numerate with the ability to analyze sales performance.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching a high-performing team.
- IT literate with evidence of CRM and networking skills.
- Physical ability to work long hours, lift packages, and stand for extended periods.
