Student intern supporting showroom operations for the Saint-Louis showroom in New York. The role involves assisting with daily showroom activities, engaging with interior designers and clients, preparing presentations and proposals, and tracking showroom sales opportunities during a five month full time internship.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and prospective clients in the showroom
• Prepare compelling presentations and proposals
• Assist with quotes and invoices
• Follow up on emails to headquarters clients and designers
• Assist with shipping and receiving samples
• Manage inventory processes with the team
• Coordinate special projects and events
• Support showroom sales development

Requirements

• Current student eligible to work January to June 2026
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• Ability to prepare presentations and sales materials
• Organizational skills for tracking proposals and inventory
• Able to work in person full time for the program duration
