Showroom Manager

Summary

The Showroom Manager supports general showroom management, with a focus on exceptional client service, sales performance, and a professional team environment. This role coaches colleagues, supports showroom operations, and partners with the management team to deliver a luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through clienteling, sourcing new clients, and building lasting client relationships.
• Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and develop action plans for staff growth.
• Monitor market competition, watch trends, and client shopping behaviors.
• Forecast and plan for business needs, including payroll and staffing, and manage daily showroom operations.
• Support recruitment, retention, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Develop product knowledge and train the team on current showroom and online collections.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using retail systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
