Showroom Manager

Summary

The Showroom Manager supports general showroom management, focusing on exceptional client service, team development, and sales performance. This role helps create a professional, collaborative environment and delivers an authentic luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through clienteling, new client sourcing, and building long-term client relationships.
• Evaluate team performance, coach colleagues, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Forecast and plan business needs, including payroll and staffing, and manage daily showroom operations.
• Support recruitment, retention, teamwork, and collaboration across the showroom.
• Maintain product and market knowledge, and share current collection and watch trend information with the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with retail systems.
• Effective communication skills and schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
