Support the Global Social team in project management, administration, and delivery of social media campaigns from brief to publishing while contributing to strategic, insights-led content for social platforms. Responsibilities
- Support storytelling and publishing cadence to achieve audience growth across owned earned paid and shared channels.
- Brief and publish social content for multiple brand lines across all social platforms.
- Develop content marketing strategies targeting audience acquisition engagement and brand awareness.
- Leverage user behavior insights to inform the content strategy roadmap.
- Oversee quality control brand elevation and final production of digital content with regional teams.
- Collect results analyze performance and develop actions to drive future strategies.
- Align platform efforts to guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across social channels.
- Optimize omni-channel experience ensuring consistency between regions stores and online.
