Job Description

Summary

Support the Global Social team in project management, administration, and delivery of social media campaigns from brief to publishing while contributing to strategic, insights-led content for social platforms. The role focuses on operationalizing campaigns, ensuring quality control and consistency across regions, and optimizing content to drive audience growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support storytelling and publishing cadence to achieve audience growth across owned earned paid and shared channels.
  • Brief and publish social content for multiple brand lines across all social platforms.
  • Develop content marketing strategies targeting audience acquisition engagement and brand awareness.
  • Leverage user behavior insights to inform the content strategy roadmap.
  • Oversee quality control brand elevation and final production of digital content with regional teams.
  • Collect results analyze performance and develop actions to drive future strategies.
  • Align platform efforts to guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across social channels.
  • Optimize omni-channel experience ensuring consistency between regions stores and online.

Requirements

  • Ability to build productive relationships with key partners and influence outcomes.
  • Digital curiosity and passion to learn new rapidly evolving platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with exemplary analytical capabilities.
