Support the Creative team by developing and executing social-first visual content to elevate brand presence and engagement across platforms, with a focus on Instagram. Lead production from concept through post-production while aligning work to brand strategy and commercial priorities.
Responsibilities
- Create original and engaging visual content for social platforms including campaign, cultural moment, and evergreen assets
- Drive digital-native innovation and experiment with new formats to capture audience attention
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align social content with brand objectives and product priorities
- Maintain and elevate visual brand aesthetics and develop visual storytelling approaches
- Oversee all phases of social-first production including pre-production and post-production
- Develop branded style guidelines and design toolkits for various social formats
- Research social media trends and competitive landscape to inform creative strategies
- Manage relationships with content creators and provide briefs and art direction
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creator roles at agencies studios or in-house
- Experience with photography videography and editing
- Strong understanding of frame composition studio tools and motion design fundamentals
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere After Effects Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to articulate creative concepts
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or bend for extended periods
- Demonstrated knowledge of beauty fashion and lifestyle video landscape
