- Foster strong relationships and lead negotiations with social platform partners to receive first access to new technologies and innovative ad products.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the social agency, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and business objectives.
- Partner with HQ social media team to ensure global campaigns resonate locally.
- Lead execution of large-scale, first-to-market social projects in the Americas.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure social strategy achieves business goals.
- Spearhead creator sponsorships and work with internal talent team on go-to-market strategy.
- Compile executive recaps and presentations for local and global leadership.
- Manage and oversee development of Social Media Coordinator.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in social media management and campaign strategy.
- Experience with social media ad management tools and analytics.
- Proven experience managing budgets and billing processes.
- Solution-oriented, strategic thinker with a track record of driving positive business results.
- Ability to work on-site 4 days per week in Midtown, Manhattan.
