Job Description

Summary

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing Watches of Switzerland's online presence, driving engagement, and building brand awareness while maintaining a consistent brand voice. You should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, possess excellent communication skills, and creatively express the company's views.

Responsibilities
  • Manage content development, talent contracts, tone of voice, design formatting, and budgets for organic and paid social media.
  • Oversee social media analytics and reporting.
  • Manage Rolex blog program, including maintaining brand guidelines and organizing journalist communication.
  • Develop pitch decks for brands and manage budgets for paid social media.
  • Manage implementation and performance analytics of campaigns across social media channels.
  • Provide marketing support for special projects, including developing media kits and marketing presentations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years in product and client marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for developing marketing materials.
  • Proven track record of client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of digital media and publisher industries.
  • Technical knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and improvements.
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.
