Summary
The Area Visual Manager is responsible for upholding brand integrity by managing and executing exceptional window creativity and interior visual merchandising across multiple locations. This role unifies local business strategy with global visual guidelines to drive sales and KPIs, requiring regular travel and close collaboration with regional and in-store teams. The Area Visual Manager also facilitates VM and product knowledge training and acts as a liaison between Regional Visual Management, Visual Merchandising Specialists, and store teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute VM actions and rotations to maximize business results in line with regional visual strategy.
- Plan and coordinate weekly meetings with the Regional Visual Manager to align priorities, travel, and installation schedules.
- Lead touch bases with business partners to align on rotations, floor planning, product knowledge, and visual opportunities.
- Manage and execute in-store rotations, window installations, mannequin styling, and campaign presentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail partners to sustain brand VM expectations.
- Create displays that balance brand mood and commerciality to drive cross-selling across channels.
- Oversee VM maintenance and the visual clarity of client-facing areas, including fixtures, signage, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure VM inventory is organized and maintained.
- Propose elevated display solutions and support seasonal visual strategy and peak period planning.
