Summary
The Area Visual Manager is responsible for upholding brand integrity by managing and executing window creativity and interior visual merchandising across multiple retail and wholesale locations in the Southeast. This role unifies local business strategy with global VM expectations, oversees VM rotations and training, and acts as a liaison between the Regional Visual Manager, store teams, and wholesale partners. The position requires frequent travel, flexibility to work outside normal hours, and strong partnership-building with store and regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Execute VM actions and extraordinary displays to maximize business results in line with regional and global visual strategy.
- Manage and execute VM rotations, window styling, mannequin dressing, fixture placement, and campaign image application across multiple locations.
- Coordinate weekly meetings and alignments with the Regional Visual Manager and business partners on rotation schedules, travel, and priorities.
- Provide and facilitate VM and product knowledge training for store teams and DSAs, including onboarding and ongoing seasonal training.
- Maintain VM inventory, store environment, technical clarity, logo visibility, and overall presentation of client-facing areas.
- Develop visual strategies for peak seasonal periods and propose elevated display solutions to support commercial objectives.
- Travel as required and work flexible hours, including weekends, to support monthly rotations and special projects.

- Strong visual skills, aesthetic sensibility, and excellent executional ability.
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with store teams, regional managers, and wholesale partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service focus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Agility to lead change, receptive to feedback, and ability to provide constructive training and feedback.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work outside normal business hours when required.
