Job Description

Summary

The Southeast Regional IT Coordinator will maintain and provide technical support to retail stores, remote stock rooms, and corporate locations in the region. This role specializes in IT services related to hardware, software, infrastructure, databases, networks, and servers to ensure effective and efficient IT asset deployment. The coordinator will build relationships with regional business leaders and represent their technology needs, supporting local events and acting as a regional escalation point for support.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot systems and hardware-related problems and escalate complex cases.
  • Provide specialized advice and training to users on computer equipment and software.
  • Set up new PCs and iPhones for new stores and corporate employees.
  • Install and update programs as necessary.
  • Respond to user inquiries submitted via the Help Line.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve information system problems and trends.
  • Assist with the development and completion of special projects.
  • Perform standard system reporting and track issues in ServiceNow.
  • Visit local stores to ensure IT equipment and software are up to date.
  • Manage and coordinate local vendors.
  • Provide basic technology education to the user community.
  • Ensure adherence to Hermes IT Group standards.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Associates Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Dedication to an outstanding level of service.
  • Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
