Southwest Area Visual Manager

As a Southwest Area Visual Manager, you will be responsible for upholding the Loro Piana brand integrity by managing and executing extraordinary window creativity and interior visual merchandising. You will unify the local business strategy with global VM expectations within both retail and wholesale channels to achieve net sales and KPIs. This role requires travel and overseeing the development of relationships among store teams, acting as a liaison between the Regional Visual Manager, Visual Merchandising Specialists, and store teams.

• Execute all VM actions required to maximize business results in line with the visual strategy.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the Regional Visual Manager to align responsibilities and priorities.
• Guide weekly touch bases with business partners to align on travel, rotations, and floor planning.
• Manage and execute all VM rotations in partnership with various teams while ensuring brand integrity.
• Develop relationships within the WHL channel to sustain brand VM expectations.
• Execute extraordinary displays that convey brand mood and theme while achieving commerciality.
• Manage VM maintenance, store environment, and technical clarity of all client-facing areas.
• Collaborate with business partners and in-store teams to maintain VM inventory.
• Guide and manage VM and product knowledge training throughout the season.
• Propose elevated display solutions to the Regional Visual Manager and Director of Visual Merchandising.
• Develop a visual strategy to support peak seasonal periods.
