Spa Associate

Summary

Provide beauty consultations and exceptional customer service while building client relationships and driving individual and vendor sales. Maintain a welcoming, well-merchandised selling area and use clienteling tools to support customer follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience through consultation, application, sales, and follow-up.
• Record client information and preferences using online clienteling tools.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming counter standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and serve as a liaison with the designated account executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and application.
• Strong customer service, attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and learn clienteling tools and software.
