Spa Attendant

Summary

Provide attentive support to spa management and therapists to ensure the spa remains clean, well stocked, and operational while delivering a professional and courteous guest experience that reflects the house standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions throughout the spa and back of house.
• Monitor and restock linen, supplies, and amenities; notify management when low.
• Assist therapists with setup and takedown for treatments.
• Attend to guest needs promptly and courteously.
• Report equipment issues and any guest experience concerns to management.
• Follow spa operating procedures and uphold brand presentation standards.
• Support spa operations in various areas as requested by management.

Requirements

• Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on guest needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and physical tasks associated with spa upkeep.
