Spa Attendant

Summary

Assist spa management and client services in maintaining spa operations, cleanliness, linen and supplies while providing professional and courteous guest service that reflects the spa standards and brand know-how.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of spa areas in accordance with standards.
• Ensure adequate stock of linen, supplies and amenities and inform management when low.
• Aid therapists in setting up and taking down for treatments.
• Clean and maintain back of house and treatment areas.
• Attend to guest needs and demonstrate professional guest courtesy at all times.
• Assist in various areas of spa operations as requested by management.
• Report equipment issues and operational concerns to management.
• Communicate guest experience details requiring attention to management.

Requirements

• Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Highly responsible and reliable work ethic.
• High level of attention to detail and focus on guest needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow operating procedures.
• Basic ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and linen handling.
