Summary

Provide beauty and treatment consultations while delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury retail setting. Build customer relationships and drive individual and vendor sales through clienteling, product expertise, and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through consultation, application, sales, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain customer relationships using clienteling tools.
• Keep the selling counter clean, tidy, and welcoming.
• Represent the department and maintain effective relationships with team members and account executives.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding sales quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and willingness to learn clienteling software.
