Job Description

Summary

As a Spare Parts Manager, you will lead and coordinate the workflow of the watch repair and service team, ensuring exceptional client service. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and strategic planning to optimize service delivery, inventory management, and team performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the watch repair and service team to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Coordinate workflow and optimize service delivery.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
  • Utilize computer skills to manage various software programs.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, inventory management, and financial operations.
  • Proficient in using a variety of software programs, including intermediate Excel and word processing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • College degree preferred.
